Retreat News

Our NKCG Retreat is on its way.
This is going to be an all new exciting time for everyone.
We have a new time and place this year –
April 5-7, 2019 at the Lied Lodge in Nebraska City, NE.
If you haven’t been to the Lodge, it is lovely.  The facilities offer lots of nooks and crannies for stitching and great dining options. There is also a lovely pool and even a spa. We will have lots of time for stitching in our meeting room as well as some fun activities.
Our guest speaker this year is Jay Rich a noted local artist. Sunday is our vendor market with new and old vendors offering goodies to purchase. The cost for this year’s retreat is
$30.00 – Retreat fee for NKCG Members
$40.00 – Retreat fee for Non-Members
We have a block of rooms reserved.   The room rate is $109 per night. To get the special rate: Call-in Reservations: Each member may phone 800/546-5433 and ask to make reservations for the Nebraska Knit & Crochet Guild block.  Each member will need to have their credit card ready during that call. On-line Reservations: Each reservation can be made on-line by connecting to our on-line reservation desk where entering the check-in and check-out dates, then the number of adults & children, too.  At Special Rates, choose “Group/Block” then entering your code for the Nebraska Knit & Crochet Guild Group Code1904NEBRAS.  Once this information is entered, click the Check Availability button to choose the particular room(s) preferred.  Cutoff date:  The block of rooms will be held until February 20, 2019, after which any unreserved rooms will be released and made available for general sale.  Reservation requests received after this cutoff date will be accepted and confirmed upon availability.  The attrition policy as stated in the additional terms and conditions will still apply.
We’re getting excited to get together again.
Happy stitching until then!
